Success is calling you Go and Grab it!

Written By: Rahul Bajpai
Media Director CreatorPR

For motivation first decide what you want to do in your life and then dream big as big
as possible. What we always do mistake is that although we want to become a successful person but we never work towards our dream so, now onwards start working towards your dreams. While moving towards your aim never forget to be charged up in your every step, so now I am going to tell you what you have to do –

Sometimes we are surrounded with people those are very negative and that kind of person always pulls your legs while you are running towards your dream.  So, in my words message is loud and clear, “while chasing your dream surround yourself with the positive and highly motivated people only”.

When your dream is big and you are moving towards success; it's very much possible that you do some mistakes as well. Mistakes are a part of your life, in other words mistakes only happen when you are doing something. With positive attitude you can say mistakes indicates that you are thinking something new, something creative and something that other people are not thinking off. Don’t be afraid from your mistakes and never feel sorry for yourself. People those are not working shall not make mistakes so learn from your mistakes and move forward.

This Diwali don't contribute in pollution

Diwali is the festival of happiness and lights. This is the time when we should spread peace, happiness and joy among people. We must celebrate eco friendly diwali without bursting crackers because it is very much injurious for health of human beings and animals. In today’s time we have many options to choose from to celebrate eco friendly diwali. We can light diyas, decorate our home, send sweets to relatives and friends etc.

Bursting crackers not only creates noise pollution but it has several other disadvantages too. The smoke which crackers create is the source of many diseases; people suffering from asthma are the ones who are majorly affected. Apart from this smoke creates eye problems, lung issues, it affects our skin too leaving sheer dryness and much more. It is very dangerous for pregnant women what you inhale goes into your blood stream and affects the fetus.

Not only human beings animals also do suffer a lot. They cannot speak but it leaves a huge impact in their hearts. They will have blurry vision, the noise of crackers seems like a nuclear explosion to them and it will take days to recover them from the trauma caused by crackers.

Many times crackers like mehtab, anar, or rocket gets blast in hand which hugely harms your body parts such as eyes, hands, skin, face. Sometimes the noise created by crackers can make people deaf. So, for few hours of joy with so much of danger why would we spend so much on crackers.

Therefore, this diwali let’s take an oath that we should not burst crackers. The amount which are going to spend on crackers let’s spend them on street children and buy them the things they need. Rahul Bajpai, Media Director, Creator PR said “I have pledged not to burst crackers and I am doing this from many years now. I would not spend my single penny on something that goes in the air and creates soo much of pollution which is actually danger not only for me but for entire nation.”

DECODING LANGUAGES

Rahul Bajpai has tips for those who wish to become translators
Merely knowing two languages doesn’t mean one can translate. Translation is so much more and many people are often perplexed by this fact. But if you have the requisite skills, there is a lot in store for you in this profession.
Good translators specialise in only few different but related areas. Remaining up-to-date on changes in the industry and abreast of current trends is important.
Translating from one language to another — for instance from Spanish to English — is not same as translating in the reverse direction (from English to Spanish). Needless to say, you need vast knowledge of your commanding language.
In the present scenario, many big companies allow their translators to work from home with full salary. But that doesn’t mean professionals can take deadlines lightly. There is enough scope for those who want to translate to bring home the bacon. You need not be a member of any organisation and all you need is a penchant for your job.
Good and experienced translators usually charge a high fee, stick to their standard charges and don’t take up projects that remunerate poorly. On the other hand, inexperienced translators settle with any payment because they wish to gather experience.
In this field you must have a deep knowledge of various subjects, impressive writing skills, good command over the target language and strong vocabulary. You must be able to handle lengthy translations, think creatively, have an impressive concentration power and must know how to manage time.
Most translation degree programmes are offered at the master’s level. Some colleges and universities offer bachelor’s and doctoral translation degrees also. Usually, completing a college-level foreign language coursework is required for entry into a translation or bachelor’s degree programme. To become a translator, a candidate should be a post-graduate diploma holder.
Institutes offering degrees or diplomas in translation are:
Aligarh Muslim University, Uttar Pradesh, Ignou, New Delhi, Gujarat University, Gujrat, Government College for Girls and Chandigarh, among others. Remember, getting a job with perks is easy but you would have to put up with slow growth.

The Importance of Public Relations in Today’s Business World

In the modern business landscape, Public Relations (PR) has become a crucial component of any organization’s strategy. It involves managing a company's reputation, building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and creating a positive public image. Unlike advertising, which is paid and controlled by the company, PR focuses on organic media coverage and credibility through the press, influencers, and public opinion. Whether it's a large corporation or a small startup, public relations plays a vital role in shaping how a business is perceived by the public, customers, investors, and even competitors. In this article, we will explore why PR is essential for businesses today.

1. Building and Managing Reputation

One of the core functions of public relations is to build and maintain a company’s reputation. A strong reputation can help attract customers, investors, and talented employees. It is critical for businesses to ensure they are seen positively by the public, especially in the digital age where information spreads rapidly.
