How should you overcome Monday Blues? Is it a must that everybody should feel depressed on Monday? No, it isn’t and here are seven tips for you to overcome Monday Blues that will make your Monday as good as other days.

  1. Be grateful for Monday as soon as you wake up. Your mindset is the most important weapon to overcome Monday Blues. A positive mindset will shield any bad thought or laziness that could possibly ruin your Monday.
  2. Plan your day. Do some homework on the night before Monday. Plan what you will do on Monday. The more prepared you are, the better your Monday will.
  3. Have a good breakfast. You need some good calories to overcome Monday Blues. The more energized you are, the more focus you have to finish your job.
  4. Stay away from procrastination. Just do your work and stay away from other distraction such as Facebook, Digg and other things. Procrastination is the root of laziness.
  5. Move your body a little before you go to work. Sport provides enough oxygen to your brain that will stop you from getting sleepy at work.
  6. Drink a lot of water. Keeping your body from dehydrated is good way to stop your body become lazy and out of focus. It will also keep your brain in focus mode.
